1. ORDERING

  • Bulk Orders: Interested in placing a bulk order? Please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Payment Issues: We accept:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
    • PayPal

    We do not accept:

    • Personal Checks
    • Money Orders
    • Direct Bank Transfers
    • Cash on Delivery

    If your payment isn’t going through, please check your account balance. Should the issue persist, email us at [email protected] with the type of card used and a screenshot of any error messages.

2. MODIFYING ORDERS

  • Cancelling or Modifying Orders: To cancel or modify your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at [email protected]. Beyond this timeframe, we’re unable to make changes as the order will be locked for processing.

  • Changing Delivery Address During Shipping Phase: Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If needed, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for the tracking number and coordinate with the carrier directly.

3. ORDER STATUS

  • Track Your Order: To check your order status, visit Teezily™ Order Tracking.

  • Delayed or Misdelivered Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived or was delivered to the wrong address, email us at [email protected]. Note: We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reordering costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.

4. DELIVERY

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items. We’ll arrange a replacement without needing the defective item returned.

  • Refunds for Unsatisfactory Products: If you’re unhappy with your purchase, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the issue. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

  • Returning an Order: To return an item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and return reason. Wait for our team’s confirmation before sending anything back. We’re not responsible for tracking return packages.
