1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Teezily™, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If your order doesn’t align with your expectations, or it appears different from what you had in mind, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. Our customer service team is dedicated to ensuring a pleasant experience and will provide instructions to address your concerns.
2. Handling Damaged or Low-Quality Items
If you receive a product that is defective or doesn’t function as promised, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take full responsibility for any damages occurring during production and delivery.
To expedite the returns and refund process, please include a photo showing the poor quality or damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and defect clearly visible. We will send replacements upon verification of the issue, without the need for you to return the defective item. This helps us enhance our service and prevent future errors.
Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include:
- Damage from accidents
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Degradation due to sunlight
- Post-purchase modifications
This policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
3. Non-receipt of Product
Should your order be significantly delayed, you have the right to ask for a refund or replacement. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.
- You must submit your request within 30 days of the order date. After this period, tracking info may expire, and we might be unable to help further.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Cancellation or Modification Policy
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or accommodate changes or cancellations, including alterations in color or size, due to our rapid production and shipping processes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. Non-refundable Discounted Items
Please note that items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and not eligible for refunds. This policy is in place because discounted products are offered at a reduced price and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
