1. ORDERING

Payment Issues: We accept:

2. MODIFYING ORDERS

Cancelling or Modifying Orders: To cancel or modify your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at [email protected]. Beyond this timeframe, we’re unable to make changes as the order will be locked for processing.

Changing Delivery Address During Shipping Phase: Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If needed, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for the tracking number and coordinate with the carrier directly.
3. ORDER STATUS

Delayed or Misdelivered Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived or was delivered to the wrong address, email us at [email protected]. Note: We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reordering costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.
4. DELIVERY

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items. We’ll arrange a replacement without needing the defective item returned.

Returning an Order: To return an item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and return reason. Wait for our team’s confirmation before sending anything back. We’re not responsible for tracking return packages.
